You can create a free blog in the following way

• Get a gadget that has an internet service you can browse with (using browsers like chrome, opera mini, firefox
• Sign into a blogger
• On the left-hand side click on the down arrow
• Click on the new blog
• Enter a name for the blog
• Click next
• Choose a blog name or niche
• Click next
• Choose a blog address or URL
• Click save.
